José Meléndez Meléndez PLS; is an experienced professional land surveyor with over 27 years of experience in surveying and construction projects.   He holds a B.D.L.S. and an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez.  He is a registered professional Land Surveyor in Puerto Rico, a member of the College of Engineers and Land Surveyors of Puerto Rico, a member of the Land Surveyor Association of Puerto Rico, and a member of the Pan-American Alliance of Professional Land Surveyors.  Through the years José has had comprehensive exposure to large projects, providing services in public and private projects in industries such as construction, real estate, pharmaceuticals and government; he worked with companies such as NECSO, Redondo Entrecanales S.E. and Redondo Construction Corporation.  For Redondo Entrecanales he work on the Tren Urbano project as a Superintendent in charge of the five crew survey, and the coordination between the Owner, Contractor, Designer and Project Managers.  Thru his experience working in construction projects he has developed the ability to anticipate problems and map effective solutions within time constraints allowing the projects to be completed.  He is an effective leader and motivator, who is committed to delivering top quality work.
